Depending on the client objectives, the coaching periods tends to be 3, 6 or 12 sessions long. Each session lasts 60 minutes over a period agreed upon with the client.

Clients are held accountable during the coaching cycle and goals are continuously measured against what they have set out to achieve.

As a coach, Joan Laine builds a partnership between the client and herself, based on trust, integrity and confidentially. Together, they set the perfect context for the client to achieve his or her goals.

There is a minimum of 6 sessions, though it is highly recommended that you commit to the full 12 sessions in order to benefit from the true transformational process of Consciousness Coaching.
    •    Group coaching is provided for a limited number of people and is often requested as a preferred method from companies, since there is a common objective to be attained by the team. Group coaching also is provided for people who require clarity as to how to achieve a certain goal, make in a important decision or may require a plan of action. In this case, the participants are booked on a first come, first served basis. The method used is the same and the number of sessions will depend on the company or the individual.
