resources and competencies in each service providers realm of expertise.

It's principal administrators and facilitators are Joan Laine and Alison Gitelson, a specialist in growing people and leadership development.
British born Joan Lainé, of
Jamaican origin arrived from France 8 years ago, where she had lived
for 20 years. During her last 11 years, she worked for the
prêt-a-porter company, Polo Ralph Lauren.

Tau Pi came about because one day two years ago I had
the strongest feeling that there’s got to be more to life than
this! That something eventually, led me to creating a workshop, which
assists people to becoming
Who they want to Be, by Doing what They want to Do,, using the creative talents found within themselves.
I
saw how people grew and blossomed whenever they were given the
opportunity to expand their own knowledge of themselves. The downside
was that, all too often, those hidden skills and talents were buried
under years of suppression and the need to conform.
It also lead to
me creating Head Start PBS – a network for quality service providers in
order to source and supply services to small business owners and
entrepreneurs like myself.
Tau Pi was created so that I could
share what I know, and to allow people to find that fantastic jewel
that lies within them, so that they can use it to live there lives in
joy, peace and harmony, using their own wisdom and knowledge to create
that which gives them the most pleasure. By taking ownership and
responsibility for ones own life, one automatically steps onto the path
of self-mastery.
